Forty-two varieties.
Five parcels.
Every row in the open.
LERAE FARMS, LLC grows the honest way — in open fields at 12800 N 1200 E, Lewiston, Utah. The parcel book covers sugar and fiber rows, five hay meadows, eleven seed plots, twelve specialty green rows and a full maple sugarbush. Forty-two varieties, five parcels, one season at a time.
The land is divided
the way a grower divides it.
Forty-two varieties sorted into five working parcels — sugar and fiber rows, the hay meadows, the seed plots, the specialty green rows, and the sugarbush at the north fence. Each parcel has its own season, its own crew sheet and its own buyers.

A field answers to
season, soil and law.
Open-field cropping is a calendar business: variety, planting window, water, harvest and cure all move on the season's terms, not the calendar's. We keep a parcel book — every variety staked to a field, a rotation and a market before the seed goes in.
Several rows sit inside regulated lines — hemp, cannabis and marijuana cultivation requires licensing and THC compliance that varies by state; tobacco and specialty crops carry their own marketing rules. We farm those rows only where the permits say we can.
Meet the growerForty-two varieties. All of them field-grown.
Every listing in the parcel book is a real crop line — grown in open ground, harvested in season and sold to licensed buyers, processors and distributors. Regulated varieties move only under current permits and state rules.
Seed plots run their own protocol — isolation distances, varietal purity checks and harvest timing that a hay meadow never has to think about.
